30-Day Right to Change Your Mind (UK)
If it isn't right for your pet, you have 30 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Contact us and we'll walk you through returning it. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time.

Can I cancel or pause a subscription?
Yes. Cancel or pause your subscription at any time — there is no minimum term on the 3-Pack or 6-Pack.
What if my pet doesn't take to it?
You have the 30-Day Right to Change Your Mind on your order (UK). Get in touch within 30 days of receiving it and we'll sort your return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo of the pack and we'll replace it or refund you.
